Olly Coffey
Olly specializes in designing weight loss and strengthening programs which balance individual lifestyle factors and exercise prescription.
He has 12 years experience in the fitness industry where he has built a successful Personal Training company based in Auckland and the Bay of Plenty
Olly is also registered as a musculoskeletal practitioner and holds a Physical Education Degree as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Exercise Science.
Olly’s industry experience allows him to translate exercise science into practical advice and solutions to ensure that with him as your personal trainer, you will achieve your goals.
