Introducing Mikki!

Mikki Williden

Mikki Williden

Lecturer in Nutrition and Sports Nutritionist

Mikki completed her Masters degree in Human Nutrition investigating childhood obesity at the University of Otago, and also holds a second degree in Physical Education.

She operates her own nutrition clinic and lectures in Nutrition at AUT University in Auckland.

You are in good hands as Mikki and is completing a PhD in public health, and her PhD research is interested in the costs of employee poor health to businesses in the New Zealand context.

Mikki is able to work with your company to help optimize nutrition for performance at work, by developing personalized nutrition plans for your team, in conjunction with our personal trainer and elite coaches.
